All Ida Lee pieces are made to order with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our process, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order or something doesn’t look quite right, please reach out to us at idalee@alisonscherr.com within 7 days of receiving your piece. We’ll do our best to make it right.
